This McRae front yard required more than a simple cosmetic update. The site conditions called for substantial excavation and deep footing work before any finish materials could be installed.
The brief was specific: deliver a Palm Beach style look with crisp white masonry, textured paving and premium concrete finishes, while making sure everything was structurally sound for the long term.
We started with heavy excavation and formed deep footings to create the right structural base for the build. Once the groundwork was complete, Dan's team began setting out the Palm Beach design language through materials and layout.
The front yard was finished with white breeze block elements, crazy paving detail, and polished concrete zones that tied the whole composition together. Each finish was selected to balance visual impact with durability.
The end result is a standout front yard that feels premium and coastal while still practical for everyday use. The client got exactly what they were after and the project came together cleanly from structure to final finish.
